An EPK is an electronic press kit, a shareable collection of your artist or brand bio, photos, music or video links, key achievements, and contact information. It gives media outlets and partners a simple place to understand your story and access approved materials.

Dyme Squad reviews your goals, timing, and required materials, then confirms the next steps for the selected service. Campaign work begins after the applicable agreement or NDA is signed and payment is received.

Dyme Squad Magazine offers a Basic Feature for $350, a Small Cover Feature for $450, a Diamond Feature for $563, and a Full Cover Feature with a 30-day social marketing campaign and full 30-day campaign calendar for $999.

The $999 Full Cover Feature package includes a premium cover presentation, one month of social marketing support, and a structured 30-day campaign calendar to help keep the client consistently visible throughout the campaign.

Press Release Writing and Distribution starts at $599 and provides professional writing, design, formatting, and distribution for a polished, media-ready announcement.

Publicist services are available as a $750 per month add-on. Monthly support includes press release support, small press release distribution, media outlet interview requests submitted on your behalf, and management for approved interviews.

Diamond Vibes Radio offers the Diamond Spotlight Radio Package for $350 and the Diamond Legacy Radio Package for $450. Spotlight is built around consistent rotation and multi-platform promotion, while Legacy provides heavier rotation and enhanced promotional support.

Charting Assistance plus Guaranteed Radio Rotation is a one-time $450 lifetime setup fee. It includes 60 days of guaranteed rotation across 5 to 30 DRT stations. After that period, the client moves into regular rotation unless they choose another guaranteed package.

Radio rotation means a release is scheduled to play repeatedly as part of a station’s programming. Rotation creates listening opportunities. It is different from a guaranteed chart position, which depends on factors outside the service.

In the listed charting package, DRT stations are the stations covered by the guaranteed radio rotation plan. The qualifying package includes rotation across 5 to 30 DRT stations for 60 days before moving into regular rotation.

This $350 radio interview feature includes 15 to 20 detailed questions based on your updated bio. The interview streams in rotation on Diamond Vibes Radio and additional partner stations.

Black Diamond Television Network offers TV Placement Starter for $500 with 6 episodes, TV Placement Spotlight for $850 with 8 episodes, and TV Placement Diamond for $1,200 with 10 episodes. Approved content is placed for streaming and TV exposure.

A professionally edited video podcast or interview feature is $500 per episode. It is designed for a polished, media-ready presentation and includes editing and distribution support, with rotation on Black Diamond Television, Roku TV, YouTube, and additional platforms.

Yes. The in-person video podcast interview is $999 and is available on location in Virginia. It includes professional production and editing, plus distribution and rotation on Black Diamond Television, Roku TV, YouTube, and more.

Billboard Marketing: Vibe Starter is $1,875 for 4 weeks, Spotlight Accelerator is $2,812.50, and Diamond Impact is $4,375. Clients select their target locations for the campaign.

OOH means out-of-home marketing, which is advertising people encounter away from their personal screens, such as billboards. Dyme Squad billboard clients select the target locations for their campaign.

The one-time setup starts at $1,500 and creates a custom CRM and Agent Console to track leads, organize follow-ups, support outreach, track team activity, set quarterly goals around hot leads, and send invoices. CRM Hosting is available at $69, $99, or $299 per month, and optional CRM Management is $175 per month.

The Custom CRM & Agent Console brings customer records, pipeline activity, follow-ups, quotes, invoices, payment status, commissions, and performance reporting into one workflow-based system. It can be designed around your sales process so opportunities do not get lost.

Yes. The Outreach Engine includes ready-made outreach emails for follow-up sequences, lead reactivation, weekly outreach pushes, and consistent nurturing. It is designed to help you send 100 or more individual emails in less than 30 minutes.

The Agent Console can track agent assignments, pipeline activity, completed follow-ups, conversions, revenue impact, affiliate performance, commissions, and outstanding payments.

Yes. The console can create and send quotes and invoices, show quote and invoice status, and track payments that are paid, pending, or overdue. Payment activity can also support pipeline and reporting updates based on your workflow.

Marketing strategy support can include brand and audience positioning, a rollout timeline, content direction, social media optimization, paid ads strategy and setup when included, PR and visibility support when included, plus performance check-ins and adjustments.

Distribution Setup is $450, and Marketing support is $1,750. Booking coordination is available for $500 to $1,500 in addition to the artist performance rate.

Website Design and Build starts at $1,100 and includes a build or redesign, conversion structure, lead capture, and needed basic integrations. Website Hosting is $69 per month with uptime support.

The Event Vendor Fee is $125 per event. Vendor placement includes a table and chairs, plus participation and promotional perks when they apply to that event opportunity.

Event and tour coordination starts at $1,500, with the final scope based on the size, needs, and logistics of the event or tour.

Small sponsorship options start at $150, followed by Bronze at $250 per month, Silver at $500 per month, Gold at $1,000 per month, Platinum at $2,000 per month, and Diamond sponsorships from $5,000 to $10,000.

No. Chart placement, media acceptance, platform eligibility, and bookings depend on third-party rules, availability, audience response, and campaign execution. The 60-day guaranteed rotation included with the qualifying radio package is the stated service commitment, not a guarantee of chart position or other outcome.

Marketing financing is available for qualifying projects from $1,750 to $10K. Ask the Dyme Squad team about payment plan terms and eligibility before moving forward.

Qualifying marketing financing projects from $1,750 to $10K may use 9, 12, or 24-month payment terms. Deposits, fees, and final payment details are confirmed during the setup meeting.

All purchases with Dyme Squad Media LLC are final, and the company maintains a strict no-refund policy for products, services, custom packages, and deposits. In the event of a service issue on Dyme Squad Media LLC’s end, a replacement service or future service credit may be offered at the company’s discretion.

No. All deposits are non-refundable under every circumstance because they secure scheduling, production time, planning, and reserved service availability.

Clients are responsible for providing required materials and approvals by requested deadlines. Delays caused by missing materials, late responses, or incomplete information do not qualify for a refund.

A chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal immediately pauses services and deliverables and may result in cancellation of remaining services without refund. Dyme Squad Media LLC may also refuse future service.

Yes. Every invoice serves as a service agreement between the client and Dyme Squad Media LLC. Payment of an invoice confirms acceptance of the applicable terms and the No Refund Policy.
