Help clients find the right Dyme Squad Media LLC services, then move the relationship from first conversation to a confident next step.

1099 Independent Contractor, not W-2.
Flexible schedule, with responsive follow-ups and scheduled calls.
Must be able to attend Sales Team Strategy Meetings once a week on Tuesdays.

Duties + responsibilities

Prospecting + closing

Call and email prospective clients provided by Dyme Squad Media LLC to introduce services and book discovery calls.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals, budget, and timeline.
Present and recommend the right packages, including features, ads, radio rotation, TV placements, digital marketing, and sponsorships.
Follow up consistently and professionally to move prospects toward a decision.
Close sales and confirm next steps for onboarding and fulfillment.
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking for prospect status, notes, next steps, and close dates.
Meet weekly activity expectations for outreach, follow-ups, calls, and closes.
Attend weekly Sales Team Strategy Meetings on Tuesdays.
Represent the brand professionally and protect confidential business information.

Requirements

What you bring

Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, or closing. Commission experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills by phone and email.
Comfortable with follow-up, objections, and asking for the sale.
Organized and consistent, able to manage prospects and track progress daily.
Reliable internet and phone access.
Able to work independently and deliver results with a 1099 contractor mindset.
Able to attend Sales Team Strategy Meetings once a week on Tuesdays.

Compensation

Built for results

Earn 20% commission on all of your sales. After six successful months, your commission increases to 30%. Commissions are paid within 24 hours of confirmed payment from the sale.
